Queen Burger
The project’s conceptual foundation is the harmonious integration of the building into its surroundings. Through the curved movement of the green roof, the park extends up to Tigran Mets Avenue, concealing the structure and preserving the ambiance for viewing existing monuments.

The sidewalk along Tigran Mets Avenue is planned to be upgraded, with new benches and expanded green areas. The main site plan retains the principles of the park from the 1980s within the spatial design of the sidewalks.
