Within the context of the “Architecture of Armenia in the 20th and 21st Centuries” exhibition, at the center of a hall framed by archival exhibits, snkh. and storaket studios appear as an intervention. Presenting the worktable as a museum exhibit—shifting the observer from a vertical to a horizontal perspective—the architects emphasize the freedom of not being archived: the possibility to try, experiment, and explore, without intending to present the displayed materials as established values.
These tables, filled with projects that pose a wide range of architectural questions, are also intended to become platforms for professional dialogue. Through this gesture, snkh. and storaket invite other studios, teams, and individual architects to successively transform the exhibition, reflecting contemporary architectural processes and discourse, showcasing their diversity, contradictions, and harmonies.
