Luyser Residential Opening

On November 2, 2024, the Luyser residential complex officially opened its doors in Yerevan, introducing a new vision for modern urban living. Located at the intersection of Leningradyan and Monte Melkonyan streets, the complex aims to offer a balanced lifestyle by merging comfort, green spaces, and recreational facilities.

The complex consists of four high-rise buildings containing 430 apartments, each designed with modern architecture and thoughtful layouts.
