Storaket Comics #3

To start the story, we should first note that the customers were very good people from Moscow who didn’t want to show that they were not broad-minded. Still, it was noticeable that they had a traditional approach. The wife didn’t like our style, so she would repeatedly say that the design was not good.It was a very stressful situation:  There were constant delays on behalf of the construction workers. It was already the last day, and we were expecting the customers to come.

At the last moment we noticed that we hadn’t included the dining room lights in the project. We decided to go and purchase something from Gnuni. We went to Gnuni: There was nothing there. Finally we found a chandelier that was the least rabis (naff/tasteless) among all the rabis chandeliers. We decided to take it to somehow solve the issue, later we could think something with respect to the lights.

The customers came. The husband was a taciturn, silent man, but the wife started complaining about each and every corner as soon as she entered. She liked absolutely nothing. She reached the dining room where the Gnuni chandeliers were installed. We thought: ‘‘That’s it, something bad is going to happen.’’ Yet, the woman said that those chandeliers were the only thing she liked in the entire interior design.
